Clients have the option of scanning their own bills and electronically submitting to Medata Services, or Medata can act as the mail room.

Twenty percent of all bills are verified prior to the bill review results being released to our clients. The quality assurance results are logged into a database on an ongoing basis. The results are reviewed by management and training departments weekly, in order to ensure the level of excellence is maintained.
Another advantage of utilizing Medata Services is its Negotiated Discount Service. Our bill specialists obtain a written agreement with the service provider to accept payment at a discounted rate. These high dollar bills are routed to one of high-level analysts and trained negotiators. There they are audited for reasonableness of the charges and medical appropriateness.
