State Reporting

APPLICABLE STATES:

We have jurisdictional-specific state reporting programs to format the eligible data according to all requirements, ensuring that our submission process is compliant. Standard submission reports are returned to our clients substantiating all applicable items have been both submitted and accepted by the agency’s governing body.

National Council on Compensation Insurance (NCCI)

APPLICABLE STATES: AL, AK, AZ, AR, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA,
ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MS, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NC, OK, OR, RI, SC, TN, UT, VT, VA, WV, WI

NCCI collects premium and loss data for medical transactions throughout a majority of the country, from carriers with at least 1% of the market volume. Medata provides our clients with a seamless approach for compliance.  Our system will support the NCCI reporting requirement as an electronic data interface. Alternatively, the system will provide the data extract file(s) to clients, allowing the ability to submit independently.

Workers’ Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau (WCIRB)

APPLICABLE STATE: CA

The WCIRB collects premium, payroll and loss information from all workers’ compensation policies that provide California coverage and collects aggregate financial data from each member insurer. Our system will support the WCIRB reporting requirement as an electronic data interface. Alternatively, the system will provide the data extract file(s) to clients, allowing the ability to submit independently.
