The Junior Fee Schedule Analyst will use analytical, technical, and organizational skills and experiences to deliver value to the Medata team.  The purpose of this role is to analyze adopted guidelines and prepare detailed software specifications for the automation of the regulations set forth by each state or governing entity for Workers’ Compensation and No-Fault medical bill review.

Duties:

• Gather, analyze and document business requirements on adopted state guidelines and clients’ needs
• Create detailed software specifications for development within Medata’s proprietary application
• Work with a team of peers to obtain the best solutions
• Assist with inquiries and provide internal and external customers support as required
• Attend conferences/seminars as required
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements/Skills/Qualifications:

• Knowledge of medical terminology and understanding of medical bill review
• Experience in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter with excellent time and stress management skills
• Must be extremely detail and deadline oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to communicate technical and business information clearly and lead collaborative meetings with representatives from internal departments and client companies
• Ability to develop and deliver presentations
• Ability to travel (up to 10%)
